Option Offer definition

Option Offer means the appropriate partial offer to be made by the Offeror to the holders of the Share Options to cancel such number of outstanding Share Options representing 51.8% of the outstanding Share Options as at the Final Closing Date pursuant to Rule 13 of the Takeovers Code;
Option Offer means the proposal to be made by the Offeror in compliance with Rule 13 of the Takeovers Code to cancel all the outstanding Options in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in this announcement;
Option Offer means any offer of any Option(s) under this plan to an Eligible Person;

More Definitions of Option Offer

Option Offer. ’ means the voluntary conditional cash offer for cancellation of the Peoples Options at the consideration of HK$1.00 per Peoples Option (other than those already owned by the Offeror, CMHK or other parties acting in concert with them);
