Option Note definition

Option Note means the promissory note, dated as of November 14, 2006, in a principal amount equal to the Option Note Amount issued by The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee in favor of the Parent Borrower.
Option Note has the meaning set forth in the Conversion Agreement.
Option Note shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(d).
