Option Exercise Price definition

Option Exercise Price means the price at which a share of Common Stock may be purchased upon the exercise of an Option.

Option Exercise Price means the then-current exercise price of the shares of Common Stock covered by the applicable Option.

• Further, each Exercise Notice must be received by the Company prior to the termination of the Option as set forth in Section 3 and must be accompanied by full payment of the aggregate Option Exercise Price for the number of shares of Common Stock being purchased.
