Option Equity definition

Option Equity means, in respect of each of the Company Shareholders, all the equity interest held by him in the Company Registered Capital respectively; in respect of all the Company Shareholders, the equity interest covering 100% of the Company Registered Capital.
Option Equity means, in respect of the Shareholder, all of the equity interest held thereby in the SH Huxin Registered Capital (as defined below).
