Option Deed definition

Option Deed means the deed entered into or to be entered into on or about the date of this Agreement between LandCorp, the Company and the Guarantor for the grant by LandCorp to the Company of an option to purchase the Additional Area subject to the Xxxx to ratify this Agreement being passed by the State Parliament of Western Australia and commencing to operate as an Act as referred to in clause 3;
Option Deed means a deed poll to be entered by the Company to record the issue of the Options in the form set out in Schedule 8;
Option Deed means the option deed to be entered into by the Vendor, the Option Grantors and the Purchaser on the same date as this Agreement in relation to the Options;

Examples of Option Deed in a sentence

  • Capitalised terms used and not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Option Deed.

More Definitions of Option Deed
