Option Committee definition

Option Committee means the Committee selected and designated by the Board of Directors to administer the Plan, consisting of not less than two (2) members of the Board of Directors.
Option Committee means the Board or any of its committees, as applicable, that is administering the Plan pursuant to Section 4 of the Plan.
