Compound of Concern means a contaminant that, based on generally available information, may be emitted to the atmosphere in a quantity from any source at the Facility that is significant either in comparison to the relevant Ministry Point of Impingement Limit or if a Ministry Point of Impingement Limit is not available for the compound then, based on generally available toxicological information, the compound has the potential to cause an adverse effect as defined by the EPA at a Point of Impingement.
Eligible student means a student who is eighteen years or older.
Eligible Claimant means a person who:
Valid write-in candidate means a candidate who has qualified as a write-in
Organic compound means any compound containing at least the element carbon and one or more of hydrogen, halogens, oxygen, sulphur, phosphorus, silicon or nitrogen, with the exception of carbon oxides and inorganic carbonates and bicarbonates;
Exempt compound means the same as defined in Rule 2.
Eligible Expenses means expenses incurred for Medical Services rendered with respect to a Disability.
Nonrecoverable P&I Advance Any P&I Advance previously made or proposed to be made in respect of a Mortgage Loan or REO Property that, in the good faith business judgment of the Servicer using Accepted Servicing Practices, will not or, in the case of a proposed P&I Advance, would not be ultimately recoverable from related Late Collections, Insurance Proceeds or Liquidation Proceeds on such Mortgage Loan or REO Property as provided herein.
Replacement Candidate means any Candidate Introduced by the Agency to the Client to fill the Engagement following the Introduction of another Candidate whose Engagement either did not commence or was terminated during the first 12 weeks of the Engagement;
Development Candidate means a Compound that meets the Development Candidate Criteria for the initiation of a Development Program for the treatment of CF, and which is the subject of a notice from Vertex to CFFT that Vertex intends to commence formal pre-clinical development of the Compound in the Field pursuant to the provisions of Section 3.1 hereof.
Primary election means any regular primary election held under the election
Eligible State means, with respect to the Titling Trust, any State in which the Titling Trust is, if and to the extent required by Applicable Law, qualified, authorized and licensed to hold title or other evidence of the interest in leased vehicles.

Prospective party means a person that discusses with a prospective collaborative lawyer the possibility of signing a collaborative law participation agreement.
Participating Home Infusion Therapy Provider means a Home Infusion Therapy Provider who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Eligible Voter means, for the purpose of voting in respect of Land matters under this Land Code, a Member who has attained eighteen (18) years of age on or before the day of the vote;
Eligible Expense means the lesser of the reasonable, customary, usual, fair market value charge for a covered service or the provider's actual charge.
Opt-in means to elect to become a NOx budget unit under the NOx budget trading program through a final, effective NOx budget opt-in permit under section 13 of this rule.

Eligibility and selection criteria means criteria for determining:
Serialization within the part, lot, or batch number means each item of a particular part, lot, or batch number is assigned a unique serial number within that part, lot, or batch number assignment. The enterprise is responsible for ensuring unique serialization within the part, lot, or batch number within the enterprise identifier.
Lead Compound means any compound of lead other than galena which, when treated in the manner described below, yields to an aqueous solution of hydrochloric acid a quantity soluble lead compound exceeding, when calculated as lead monoxide, five percent of the dry weight of the portion taken analysis.
Back-Up Compound means, with reference to any particular Development Candidate or Drug Product Candidate, a Compound which (a) has the same principal mode of action (i.e., Potentiator or Corrector) as that Development Candidate or Drug Product Candidate; and (b) was among the group of Compounds, identified by VERTEX as potential additional lead molecules having the same principal mode of action, from which the Development Candidate was selected.
Collaboration Compound means any of the following: (a) FG-4592, (b) any HIF Compound (other than FG-4592) that is added to this Agreement pursuant to Section 3.6, and (c) any salts, esters, complexes, chelates, crystalline and amorphous morphic forms, pegylated forms, enantiomers (excluding regioisomers), prodrugs, solvates, metabolites and catabolites of any of the foregoing ((a) or (b)).
