Certain Subdivisions listed on Exhibit G shall be eligible to receive regional allocation funds in the form of a block grant for future Opioid Remediation.
The Parties agree that, unless otherwise required by law, Xxxxxxxx’s payment of the Compensatory Restitution Amount (after all applicable offsets) payable by Allergan shall be directed to Opioid Remediation for restitution of Alleged Xxxxx allegedly caused by Allergan.
