Opinion of Regulatory Counsel for the Company. XxXxxxxxx Will & Xxxxx LLP, regulatory counsel for the Company, shall have furnished to the Representatives, at the request of the Company, their written opinion, dated the Closing Date or the Additional Closing Date, as the case may be, and addressed to the Underwriters, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives.
Opinion of Regulatory Counsel for the Company. Xxxxxxxxxx & Xxxxx P.A., regulatory counsel for the Company, shall have furnished to the Representative, at the request of the Company, their written opinion, dated the Closing Date, and addressed to the Underwriters, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representative.
Opinion of Regulatory Counsel for the Company. On each of the First Closing Date and each Option Closing Date, the Representatives shall have received the opinion of Hxxxx, Pxxxxx & MxXxxxxx, P.C., regulatory counsel for the Company, dated as of such date, in form and substance previously agreed to with the Representatives and counsel for the Underwriters.
Opinion of Regulatory Counsel for the Company. At Closing Time, the Representative shall have received the favorable opinion, dated as of Closing Time, of Lxxxxx & Wxxxxxx LLP, special regulatory counsel for the Company, in form and substance satisfactory to counsel for the Underwriters, together with signed or reproduced copies of such letter for each of the other Underwriters to the effect set forth in Exhibit C hereto and to such further effect as counsel to the Underwriters may reasonably request.
Opinion of Regulatory Counsel for the Company. On the Closing Date, the Representative shall have received the opinion of Xxxxx Xxxxxx, special regulatory counsel for the Company, dated the Closing Date, in form and substance satisfactory to the Representative and Representative Counsel.

On each of the First Closing Date and the Second Closing Date the Representatives shall have received the favorable opinion of * , regulatory counsel for the Company, dated as of such Closing Date, in the form and substance satisfactory to the Representatives, the form of which is attached as Exhibit C.
Opinion of Regulatory Counsel for the Company. On the Closing Date, the Initial Purchaser shall have received an opinion letter from Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx LLP, regulatory counsel for the Company, dated as of such Closing Date, in the form attached as Exhibit C.
Opinion of Regulatory Counsel for the Company. The Representatives shall have received an opinion, dated such Closing Date, of Xxxxxx and Xxxxxx LLP, regulatory counsel for the Company, in the form and substance satisfactory to the Representatives.
Opinion of Regulatory Counsel for the Company. On each of the First Closing Date and each Option Closing Date, the Representative shall have received the opinion of Sidley Austin LLP, regulatory counsel for the Company with respect to certain regulatory matters, dated as of such date, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representative.
Opinion of Regulatory Counsel for the Company. Xxxxx Lovells US LLP, regulatory counsel for the Company, shall have furnished to the Representative, at the request of the Company, their written opinion and 10b-5 statement, dated the Closing Date or the Additional Closing Date, as the case may be, and addressed to the Underwriters, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representative.
