Operator Services definition

Operator Services provides for:
Operator Services means any inter- state telecommunications service initi- ated from an aggregator location that includes, as a component, any auto- matic or live assistance to a consumer to arrange for billing or completion, or both, of an interstate telephone call through a method other than:
Operator Services means: (a) services accessed by dialing 411, 555-1212, 0-000-0000, 0+ local, 0+ intraLATA, and, 0-; and, (b) any other automated or live operator or directory assistance service.

  • Under the transfer agreement, the A Share Company will cease to be a party to the Comprehensive Operator Services Agreement, and CUCL, Unicom New Century and the Target Company will each become a party to it in place of the A Share Company.

  • Following the transfer, CUCL, Unicom New Century and the Target Company will exercise and enjoy all the rights of the A Share Company arising under the Comprehensive Operator Services Agreement in substitution for the A Share Company as if CUCL, Unicom New Century and the Target Company had each at all times been a party to the Comprehensive Operator Services Agreement.

  • Access to: 1) Emergency Services including 911/E-911; 2) Local and Interexchange Operator Services; 3) Local and Interexchange Directory Assistance Services; and 4) IntraLATA, InterLATA and International Calling Services.

Operator Services means the service that provides operator and automated call handling and billing, and special services including but not limited to: (1) operator handling for intraLATA (local and toll) call completion (for example, collect, third number billing, and manual credit card calls), (2) operator or automated assistance for billing after the customer has dialed the called number (for example, credit card calls); and (3) special services including but not limited to Busy Line Verification and Emergency Line Interrupt (XXX), Emergency Agency Call, Operator-Assisted Directory Assistance, and Rate Quotes.
