Operator Party definition

Operator Party means (i) the Operator, and (ii) the FSRU Owner (and the operator of the FSRU), and all of their respective shareholders, representatives, Affiliates, agents, advisors, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers of any tier and licensees, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, successors and assigns; provided that any agents, advisors, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and licensees shall only be an Operator Party to the extent that they are acting on behalf of or are providing services to the Operator in connection with the Operator providing the Services.

Examples of Operator Party in a sentence

  • Any Ocean Carrier Party and any Marine Terminal Operator Party participating in any manner in the Chassis Pool shall be eligible for membership in this Agreement.

  • Operator shall keep the Facilities free and clear of all mechanics’ liens and all other liens from any work undertaken by or on behalf of Operator or any Operator Party.

  • For the purposes of this Agreement and the Services Agreement each Operator Party shall be deemed a Manager Party under the Services Agreement.

Related to Operator Party

  • Contractor Parties means a Contractor’s members, directors, officers, shareholders, partners, managers, principal officers, representatives, agents, servants, consultants, employees or any one of them or any other person or entity with whom the Contractor is in privity of oral or written contract (e.g. subcontractor) and the Contractor intends for such other person or entity to perform under the Contract in any capacity. For the purpose of this Contract, vendors of support services, not otherwise known as human service providers or educators, shall not be considered subcontractors, e.g. lawn care, unless such activity is considered part of a training, vocational or educational program.

  • Performing Party As defined in Section 11.12.

  • Operator means the operator of an internet website, online service, online application, or mobile application with actual knowledge that the site, service, or application is used for K–12 school purposes. Any entity that operates an internet website, online service, online application, or mobile application that has entered into a signed, written agreement with an LEA to provide a service to that LEA shall be considered an “operator” for the purposes of this section.
