Operator Hotels and Inns definition

Operator Hotels and Inns means all other hotels and inns within the United States owned, leased, or managed, directly or indirectly, by Operator or its Affiliates. ​

(gg) “Permitted Encumbrances” means (i) all Mortgages, (ii) liens for Impositions not delinquent, (iii) undetermined or inchoate liens or charges for labor or materials which have not at the time been filed or recorded pursuant to law, and (iv) easements, restrictions on use, zoning laws and ordinances, rights of way and other encumbrances and minor irregularities in title, that have been identified to Operator and do not individually or in the aggregate impair the operation of the Business. (hh) “Real Property” means the Leased Land and all buildings, structures and improvements now or hereafter located on the Leased Land. (ii) “Service Contracts” is as defined in Section 9.02 below. (jj) “Tax Returns” means federal, state and local income or other business tax returns, real property and personal property tax returns, and occupancy tax returns. (kk) “Term” means the period beginning with the Effective Date and ending upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement. (ll) “Total Operating Revenues” shall mean all revenues and receipts of every kind derived from the Hotel and all departments and parts thereof, as finally determined on an accrual basis in accordance with the Uniform System, including, but not limited to, revenues and income (both cash and credit transactions) before commissions and discounts for prompt or cash payments, from the rental of rooms and lobby space, exhibit or sales space of any kind, including without limitation, charges for reservations, deposits and cancellation fees not refunded to guests; income from vending machines, health club membership fees, wholesale and retail sales of merchandise, service fees and charges (except to the extent paid or

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;

  • Hotel means any establishment used for the purpose of temporary, overnight lodging for which a fee is paid and reservations are required.

  • Generator Operator means the Person that Operates the Generating Facility and performs the functions of supplying electric energy and interconnected operations services within the meaning of the NERC Reliability Standards.
