Operator Group definition

Operator Group means (i) Operator and its Affiliates (other than Owner) providing Services as its Subcontractor and (ii) the respective directors, officers, agents, employees, representatives of each Person specified in clause (i) above.

Operator Group has the meaning set forth in Section 19(b).

Examples of Operator Group in a sentence

• Operator Group means the Operator and its Affiliates and “member of the Operator Group” shall be construed accordingly.

Operator Group means (i) Operator and its Affiliates (other than Cheniere Energy Partners, L.P. and its subsidiaries (including Owner)) and (ii) the respective directors, officers, agents, employees, representatives of each Person specified in clause (i) above.

Operator Group as used throughout this Agreement, means and includes VG and its directors, members, partners (general and limited), officers, agents, employees, contractors, subcontractors (of any tier), other representatives, and insurers, and each of its subsidiaries and affiliates, successors and assigns and their directors, members, partners (general and limited), officers, agents, employees, contractors, subcontractors, other representatives, and insurers, and each of them.

Operator Group means Operator, its parent company, Tesoro Logistics LP, a Delaware limited partnership, its parent’s general partner Tesoro Logistics GP, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, their subsidiaries and their respective officers, directors, members, managers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns.

Operator Group means the Operator and its Subsidiaries.
