Operator Grade 1 means an employee who has completed 3 months probationary employment and who holds a provisional pest controllers license and is used to perform uncomplicated work. At this level an employee shall perform all the work of a Probationary operator and shall –
Operator Grade 1 means a worker designated as such by the Company who, while not being qualified to control machinery under the Machinery Safety Act 1974 as amended from time to time and who is capable of assisting with such work under the direction of a suitably certificated Unit Operator, Control Operator or Area Operator and who is ready, willing and able to carry out all the routine jobs in the area to which he is assigned by being aware of utilities functions and emergency procedures.

  • Lowest Adjacent Grade (LAG means the elevation of the ground, sidewalk or patio slab immediately next to the building, or deck support, after completion of the building.

  • Highest Adjacent Grade (HAG means the highest natural elevation of the ground surface, prior to construction, immediately next to the proposed walls of the structure.

  • Finished grade means the grade upon completion of the fill or excavation.

  • Generator Forced Outage means an immediate reduction in output or capacity or removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit by reason of an Emergency or threatened Emergency, unanticipated failure, or other cause beyond the control of the owner or operator of the facility, as specified in the relevant portions of the PJM Manuals. A reduction in output or removal from service of a generating unit in response to changes in market conditions shall not constitute a Generator Forced Outage.

  • RDDS test Means one query sent to a particular “IP address” of one of the servers of one of the RDDS services. Queries shall be about existing objects in the Registry System and the responses must contain the corresponding information otherwise the query will be considered unanswered. Queries with an RTT 5 times higher than the corresponding SLR will be considered as unanswered. The possible results to an RDDS test are: a number in milliseconds corresponding to the RTT or undefined/unanswered.
