Operator Data definition

Operator Data means Operator data required to be provided under this Agreement which are confidential or commercially sensitive to the Operator as identified in Part 4 of Schedule 4;

Operator Data means any business information or other content or data of any type that is (a) provided by Operator to Cantaloupe in connection with the Services, including information input by Operator, or provided to Cantaloupe for inputting, into the Services and (b) all information that Operator or Cantaloupe, on Operator’s behalf, collects from end users, including contact information and payment information. Operator shall ensure that Operator’s use of the Services and all Operator Data (and the collection, storage, disposal, transfer and other use thereof) is at all times compliant with Operator’s privacy policies, all Applicable Laws, the Card Organization Rules and the PCI SSC Data Security Standards, including those rules, regulations and policies related to data privacy and transfer, international communications, and the exportation of technical or personal data. Operator is solely responsible for the accuracy, content and legality of all Operator Data. Operator represents and warrants to Cantaloupe that Operator has all necessary rights in the Operator Data to grant the rights granted to Cantaloupe in Section 4.2 below and that the Operator Data does not infringe or violate the intellectual property, publicity, privacy or other rights of any third party.

Examples of Operator Data in a sentence

  • AgentA Meter Operator, Data Collector, Data Aggregator, the gas Network Operators’ agent, Meter Asset Manager or an agent appointed by us to provide Advanced Meter services.

  • You may nominate, or we may ask you to contract directly with an accredited Meter Operator, Data Collector and Data Aggregator (such Agents to be reasonably acceptable to us) for the Supply Point.

  • We may ask you to provide evidence of the relevant Meter Operator, Data Aggregator and/or Data Collector agreement(s).

  • Subject to clause 14.4, you shall nominate and contract directly with a Meter Operator, Data Collector and Data Aggregator (such Agents to be reasonably acceptable to us) in respect of each Supply Point and you shall notify us of such nomination in writing at least one (1) month before the Earliest Supply Start Date.

  • The Supplier will appoint and enter into contracts with a Meter Operator, Data Collector and Data Aggregator in respect of each Supply Point unless the Customer requests to nominate them.

  • To this end, Registry Operator shall periodically deposit into escrow all Registry Operator Data on a schedule (not more frequently than weekly for a complete set of Registry Operator Data, and daily for incremental updates) and in an electronic format mutually approved from time to time by Registry Operator and ICANN, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld by either party.

  • Wireless Operator Data We or Zelle may use information on file with your wireless operator to further verify your identity and to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized use of the Service.

  • If the Supplier determines that the Forecast Consumption is materially wrong and incurs costs from a Distribution System Operator, Transmission System Operator, Meter Operator, Data Collector or Data Aggregator, the Supplier may increase the Electricity Price by an amount equal to the extra costs.

  • Where any Public Sector Party analyses Operator Data for a Permitted Use with the intention to use that analysis for policy or decision making processes which may materially affect the Operator, such Public Sector Party shall use reasonable endeavours to engage with the Operator prior to use, to allow the Operator to inform such analysis.

  • Registry Operator shall not be entitled to claim any intellectual property rights in Registry Operator Data.


More Definitions of Operator Data

Operator Data means the data listed as Operator Data in Annex A; and "Operator's Permitted Use" means the uses listed in Annex B for which the Operator is permitted to use Nexus Data.

Related to Operator Data

  • Generator Operator means the Person that Operates the Generating Facility and performs the functions of supplying electric energy and interconnected operations services within the meaning of the NERC Reliability Standards.

  • Detailed telecommunications billing service means an ancillary service of separately stating information pertaining to individual calls on a customer's billing statement.

  • Operator Services provides for:

  • System Software means Software that provides the operating and management instructions for the underlying hardware and other components, and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Systems Software. Such System Software includes, but is not restricted to, micro-code embedded in hardware (i.e., “firmware”), operating systems, communications, system and network management, and utility software.

  • Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);

  • Operating Software means those routines, whether or not identified as Program Products, that reside in the Equipment and are required for the Equipment to perform its intended function(s), and which interface the operator, other Contractor-supplied programs, and user programs to the Equipment.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Redistribution Software means the software described in Paragraph 4 (“Use of Redistribution Software”) below.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Cardholder Data has the meaning defined by the PCI Security Standards Council, Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS) and Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA-DSS), Glossary of Terms, Abbreviations, and Acronyms, Version 3.0, January 2014, currently available online at: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/documents/PCI_DSS_Glossary_v3.pdf. For the term of this Contract, Contractor will maintain a provisional Authority to Operate (ATO) at the Moderate Level from the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) Joint Authorization Board (JAB) or Federal Agency for any and all Cloud Services provided under this Contract. For the term of this Contract, Contractor will maintain an ISO 27001 Certification for any and all Cloud Services provided under this Contract.

  • Category 4 Data is data that is confidential and requires special handling due to statutes or regulations that require especially strict protection of the data and from which especially serious consequences may arise in the event of any compromise of such data. Data classified as Category 4 includes but is not limited to data protected by: the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Pub. L. 104-191 as amended by the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act of 2009 (HITECH), 45 CFR Parts 160 and 164; the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), 20 U.S.C. §1232g; 34 CFR Part 99; Internal Revenue Service Publication 1075 (xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/pub/irs-pdf/p1075.pdf); Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration regulations on Confidentiality of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Patient Records, 42 CFR Part 2; and/or Criminal Justice Information Services, 28 CFR Part 20.

  • Covered contractor information system means an information system that is owned or operated by a contractor that processes, stores, or transmits Federal contract information.

  • Generator Owner means the Person that owns the Generating Facility and has registered with the NERC as the Person responsible for complying with all NERC Reliability Standards applicable to the owner of the Generating Facility.

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • Information processing system means an electronic system for creating, generating, sending, receiving, storing, displaying, or processing information.

  • Contractor Materials means Materials owned or developed prior to the provision of the Work, or developed by Contractor independently from the provision of the Work and without use of the JBE Materials or Confidential Information.
