Operations Start Date definition

Operations Start Date means the Day on which a final acceptance certificate for the Facilities is issued by the Agency to the Company in accordance with Section 5.6.2 (Final Acceptance).
Operations Start Date means the date notified by the Host ULB as the date on which the STP is ready to commences co-treatment of faecal sludge and septage.
Operations Start Date has the meaning set forth in the Operating Agreement. "Operator" has the meaning set forth in the initial paragraph hereof.

Operations Start Date means the day the first commercial sale of concentrate from the Project is made to an Offtaker.
