Operations Area definition

Operations Area means all the land and works that are used or have been used in conjunction with a hydrometallurgical, milling or mining activity, including
Operations Area means that area on the Eagle Mountain Property as more specifically described in EXHIBIT “E” attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
Operations Area means the location of the well, well site, associated facilities, production facilities, access roads, pipeline systems, and other related facilities and equipment necessary to the conduct of a gas or oil operation.

  • No vehicle shall access the Aircraft Operations Area (AOA) unless directly related to Company’s business operations.

More Definitions of Operations Area

Operations Area means the following additional countries, where the UN may require the Operator to provide Services in accordance with Article 4.1: [insert additional countrie(s) where Aircraft, Optional and Replacement Aircraft may be required to provide Services].
