Operational Year definition

Operational Year means each calendar year during the Term hereof.
Operational Year means the twelve-month period commencing on the Operational Date and ending on the first anniversary of such date and each twelve month period thereafter.
Operational Year means all or any portion of any calendar year during which this Lease is in effect.

Examples of Operational Year in a sentence

  • Before the commencement of each golf season at the Golf Resort, which is anticipated to commence on or about November 1st of each Operational Year during the Term, Troon shall implement a Troon Golf Quality Standards training program for all employees of Troon who come into contact with guests at the Golf Resort.

  • As consideration for Troon's assumption of increased liability for its employees as set forth herein, Troon and City agree that City will pay to Troon an amount equal to Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000) per full Operational Year for insurance deductible funding.

  • The Annual Plan shall also include the Golf Course maintenance plan and the marketing and business plan for the Golf Resort for the next Operational Year.


More Definitions of Operational Year

Operational Year means each calendar year or part thereof occurring during the Term of this lease excluding the Initial Operational Year;
