Operational Time definition

Operational Time means total time scheduled by the Delegate for the tests less agreed scheduled Preventive Maintenance; and
Operational Time means the actual time that a Camera System is monitoring traffic.
Operational Time means the time that the pool is open to the public.

More Definitions of Operational Time

Operational Time means the actual time that a Mobile Camera or Stationery Camera is monitoring traffic. These periods start when the traffic camera system is detecting traffic violations and a proper chain of evidence is established, and end when those conditions required for proper operations are no longer required.
Operational Time refers to the total time during a calendar month.
Operational Time shall be calculated as (Hours in Month – Downtime) / Hours in Month. “Hours in Month” means the total number of hours in any given calendar month. “Downtime” means any period of time during that calendar month during which Client’s End Users are unable to access data on the Services (“Unavailability”), commencing on the receipt of Client’s notification to Intralinks of such Unavailability or when Intralinks otherwise becomes aware of such Unavailability and ending when Intralinks has substantially restored the affected access or provided a workaround as described below. Downtime shall not include any period of time during which Client and/or its End Users are unable to access the Services due to (i) scheduled maintenance and/or upgrades or (ii) data quarantined due to virus infection in the End User Files uploaded by End Users. The period of Downtime due to such Unavailability shall be stopped in the event Intralinks provides to Client a workaround for such Unavailability that makes the affected portion of the Services available to End Users of affected Exchanges. By the fifth (5th) business day following each month during the term of the applicable Work Order, Intralinks will provide Client with a report detailing the actual Operational Time of the Services for the immediately preceding month. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if Intralinks fails to provide the Services in accordance with the Operational Time guarantee set forth in this Section 12 for (a) any two (2) consecutive months or (b) any three (3) months in a rolling twelve (12) month period, then Client, in addition to all of its other rights and remedies under this Agreement, may terminate the applicable Work Order or this Agreement in accordance with Section 4 of this Agreement. Intralinks shall continue to work on a permanent correction for such Unavailability in the event it provides a workaround to Client. In the event Client reasonably determines that the workaround materially impacts the use of such Exchanges, Client shall provide telephonic and email notice of such determination, and the period of Downtime due to such Unavailability shall resume as of the time of such notice to Intralinks but shall not include the interim period during which Intralinks provided such workaround to Client. Intralinks shall continue to work on a permanent correction for such Unavailability in the event it provides a workaround to Client.
Operational Time mean the days of the week and the hours of those days during which maintenance, operational and / or technical support services (if any) must be available.

  • Real-time means the actual time in which an event takes place, with the reporting on or the recording of the event simultaneous with its occurrence.

Current benchmarks using TCIF 98-006 averages between two (2) and four (4) seconds for the connection and an average transaction transmittal. The specific agreed metrics for Near Real Time transaction processing will be contained in the Performance Indicator Definitions (PIDs), where applicable. "Network Element" is a facility or equipment used in the provision of Telecommunications Service. It also includes features, functions, and capabilities that are provided by means of such facility or equipment, including subscriber numbers, databases, signaling systems, and information sufficient for Billing and collection or used in the transmission, routing, or other provision of a Telecommunications Service.

During up to, but not more than, 200 hours of Planned Maintenance during a Contract Year for each Generation Unit and hours during which an event of Force Majeure exists, a Generation Unit shall be considered potentially capable of delivering such power to the Point of Delivery. For example, in the absence of any Planned Maintenance beyond 200 hours on any Generation Unit of Event of Force Majeure, the Operational Hours for a wind farm with five separate two MW turbines would be 43,800 for a Contract Year.

  • Central Clock Time or "CCT" means Central Daylight Time when Daylight Savings Time is in effect and Central Standard Time when Daylight Savings Time is not in effect.

  • Commence commercial operation means, with regard to a unit that serves a generator, to have begun to produce steam, gas, or other heated medium used to generate electricity for sale or use, including test generation subject to the following:

  • Railway Operation Date means the date of the first carriage of iron ore, freight goods or other products over the relevant Railway (other than for construction or commissioning purposes);

  • Commercial Operation means the condition of operation in which the complete equipment covered under the Contract is officially declared by the Owner to be available for continuous operation at different loads up to and including rated capacity. Such declaration by the Owner, however, shall not relieve or prejudice the Contractor of any of his obligations under the Contract.

  • Real-Time Market has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Commercial Operations Upon satisfaction of the following conditions, the Facility shall be considered to have achieved Commercial Operations on the Day specified in Seller's written notice described below: (i) the Acceptance Test has been passed, (ii) all generating units have passed Control System Acceptance Tests, (iii) the Transfer Date has occurred, (iv) Seller has (1) provided to Company the Required Models (as defined in Section 6(a) (Seller's Obligation to Provide Models) of Attachment B (Facility Owned by Seller)) in the form of Source Code, (2) placed the current version of the Source Code for the Required Models with the Source Code Escrow Agent as required in Section 6(b)(i)(A) (Establishment of Source Code Escrow) of Attachment B (Facility Owned by Seller), or (3) if Seller is unable to arrange for the placement of the appropriate Source Code into the Source Code Escrow account, placed the required funds with the Monetary Escrow Agent as required in Section 6(b)(ii)(A) (Establishment of Monetary Escrow) of Attachment B (Facility Owned by Seller), and (v) Seller provides Company with written notice that (aa) Seller is ready to declare the Commercial Operations Date and (bb) the Commercial Operations Date will occur within 24 hours (i.e., the next Day).

  • Operating Day means the daily 24 hour period beginning at midnight for which transactions on the PJM Interchange Energy Market are scheduled.

  • Working Day means a day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which banks are open for general business in the City of London.

  • Commissioning Date means that date when construction of the contemplated Project is complete, and the Maintenance Term commences;

  • Clearance System Business Day means, with respect to the Clearance System, any day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which the Clearance System is open for the acceptance and execution of settlement instructions.
