Operational Support definition

Operational Support means those expenditures for school operational costs in order to meet established State educational standards or State-wide requirements.

Operational Support means optional Fiserv services available, at Client request, to support Client's Software operation. Operational Support shall only be available if Client is receiving Maintenance Services.

Examples of Operational Support in a sentence

• From Service Provider's offices in the USA, Service Provider shall provide such Technical Support with Service Provider's international support team, which shall have at least one qualified staff member whose native language is the language of the relevant country in the Territory, via e-mail and telephone during such team's normal office hours or, in emergencies, during non-business hours, including Network and Host Operational Support and JV Assistance on a 24 hours per day, 7 days per week basis.

• Where possible, Inmarsat shall support the DPs in the development of value-added services by making available the necessary interfaces to the Core Network and Operational Support Systems to support such services.

• DTI shall compensate GTE for the full costs including but not limited to design, development, testing, implementation and deployment, for access to GTE's Operational Support System functions.

• The NeuLion IPTV Platform encodes, delivers, stores and manages an unlimited range of multimedia content and the Operational Support System (OSS) maintains all billing and customer support services.

• To the extent that the Inmarsat Core Network and Operational Support Systems provide interfaces necessary for the provisioning, management and control of the service provided to the End User (including value added services), these interfaces shall be accessible only by Inmarsat and the DPs or by mutually acceptable third parties as governed by service agreements between Inmarsat and the DP.

More Definitions of Operational Support

Operational Support means assistance with and support related to installation and operation of the Software on computer platforms supported by ARA (a list of which will be provided upon request). Operational support does not include design and/or analysis guidance. All Operational Support shall be provided via telephone or by remote computer access. Any on-site support or maintenance performed by ARA shall be performed in accordance with a separate written agreement between You and ARA. ARA shall require payment of additional fees for any on-site support or maintenance performed by ARA. Operational Support does not include any training in the use of the Software or the interpretation of results obtained as a result of Your use of the Software.

Operational Support means all or any of the services that the Receiving CU may request in writing the Providing CU to provide, as more particularly itemised on the Schedule hereto;

Operational Support means a change in systems, contractors, or equipment that would not significantly alter the processes or functionality to implement fare policy, collect data, collect revenue, produce reports, or operate fare collection equipment owned or used by a Party. Examples include operational support modifications required to maintain existing software and customer service for the regional SmarTrip® system; SmarTrip® card manufacturing; new smart card supplier, web logic upgrade, extension of software maintenance agreement.

Operational Support as used in this Section 7.5 shall include facility, bandwidth, hardware maintenance, monitoring and equipment. The Hosting Services shall be provided pursuant to the existing Service Level Agreement that each such customer has with Seller or, with respect to customers for which there is no Service Level Agreement, in accordance with the Service Level Agreement included in Schedule 7.5. Buyer shall pay Seller a hosting fee (the "HOSTING FEE") in the aggregate amount of $18,804 per month for the 15 customers, which Hosting Fee shall be paid monthly in arrears and reduced by any downtime credits. The Hosting Fee shall be reduced on a pro rata basis in the event that, prior to the end of the applicable Hosting Period for a hosted customer, Buyer from time to time informs Seller in writing that such Hosting Services are no longer required with respect to that customer.

Operational Support means optional StoneRiver services available, at Client request, to support Client's Software operation.

Operational Support shall have the meaning set forth in Paragraph 3.1 .

Operational Support means collectively the AD, RDO and any RMCF personnel providing training and operational support to the Cold Stone Franchisee.
