Operational Service Date definition

Operational Service Date or “Service Start Date” means, for each Service, the date on which that Service is (a) that Service is accepted in accordance with the acceptance procedures set out in the Service Schedule, or (b) if no acceptance procedures are agreed in the Service Schedule, that Service is first made available to the Customer.
Operational Service Date means the date on which any Service or part of a Service is first made available to the Customer by Microtalk or the date when the Customer first starts to use such Service (or part of such Service), whichever date is earlier.
Operational Service Date or “OSD” means the date on which any Service or part of a Service is first made available to the Customer by BT.

Examples of Operational Service Date in a sentence

  • The Operational Service Date occurs on successful completion of the tests.

  • The Service shall commence on the Operational Service Date and unless one of us gives Notice to the other of an intention to terminate the Service in accordance with the Agreement, BT will continue to provide the Service and both of us will continue to perform each of our obligations.

  • The following conditions will replace and supersede any termination for convenience conditions as set out in the General Terms and Conditions.Either Party may, at any time after the Operational Service Date and without cause, terminate the Service or any Online Order by giving 60 days’ Notice to the other.

More Definitions of Operational Service Date

Operational Service Date means the date when the Service is first made available to the Customer or the date when the Customer first starts to use the Service, whichever is the earlier.
