Operational Limitations definition

Operational Limitations of the Facility are the parameters set forth in Exhibit A describing the physical limitations of the Facility, including the time required for start-up and the limitation on the number of scheduled start-ups per Contract Year.

  • Buyer shall schedule the delivery of Products in accordance with the Operational Limitations, Instructed Operations and in accordance with Section 3.6 of this Agreement (Standards of Care) and Transmission Provider operational protocols and provide Notice of such schedule to Seller (“Buyer’s Schedule”).

  • During the Services Term, Seller shall Schedule Deliveries of Energy hereunder with ISO-NE within the defined Operational Limitations of the Facility and in accordance with this Agreement, all ISO-NE Practices and ISO-NE Rules, as applicable.
