Operational Commencement Date definition

Operational Commencement Date is defined in Section 12 of Article I. (nn) “Prospective Member Agency” is defined in Section 1 of Article XII.
Operational Commencement Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.4.

Operational Commencement Date means the day after the date on which the Operator successfully completes the Operator Completion Items, which for the avoidance of doubt, cannot be before the Date of Commercial Acceptance.
