Operational Agreements definition

Operational Agreements means the Management Agreement, the Property ---------------------- Agreements, the Equipment Leases, the Ground Leases, the Leases, if any, and any assignment and assumption agreements or other agreements related thereto.

Operational Agreements shall have the meaning assigned to that term in the Credit Agreement.

Operational Agreements means the License of Intangibles, the Sub- ---------------------- Management Agreement and the Lease Agreement.
