Operation Year means a year (period of 365 days) starting from April 1 of a year to March 31 of the following year.

Operation Year means (a) for the initial year of operation of the Facility, the period from Commencement Date until June 30 of the following year and (b) for each successive year of operation, July 1 of such year through June 30 of the following year, except that the final Operation Year shall begin on July 1 and end upon the termination or expiration of this Agreement.
