Operation Phase definition

Operation Phase means the period commencing on the Commercial Operation Date and ending upon the expiration of the Term or earlier termination of this Agreement pursuant to its terms (regardless of whether or not any such day is a Business Day).

  • AEM shall provide Inuit workers with job placement counselling upon a decision to terminate the Operation Phase being made and upon termination of the Post Operation Phase, as applicable.

Operation Phase means the of the Agreement performance from the Commissioning until the Agreement Termination Date, during which the Contractor shall carry out the Operation (that includes maintaining the proper Motorway transport-operational state to comply with the TOI and Accessibility for Users), Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul, Operation and other types of works/services provided for by this Agreement. Operation Payment means a payment/payments which the State Company shall make to the Contractor under the procedure and on the terms and conditions provided for by this Agreement, including Appendix No. 15 hereto, and consisting of the Current Operation Payment and Total Repair Payment. Operation means Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul works/services to be performed/rendered by the Contractor, and any other works/services to be performed/rendered by the Contractor in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Legislation requirements.

Related to Operation Phase

  • Construction Phase means that Phase of the Project which shall commence after the Authority provides the Trade Contractor with written Notice to Proceed with the Construction Phase.
