Operation Permits definition

Operation Permits means any approval, permit, filing, registration or the like required to be held by the Company for its lawful and valid operation of all of its business, including without limitation the Enterprise Legal Person Business License, Tax Registration Certificate, Educational Permit and other relevant permits and licenses as may then be required by the PRC Laws.
Operation Permits has the meaning specified in Section 5.6(c).

Related to Operation Permits

  • Occupation Permit means a temporary or permanent occupation permit issued by the Building Authority in relation to the Development or any part or parts thereof;

  • Construction permit is defined in Section 4.

  • Planning Permission means any permission, consent or approval given under the Planning Acts;

  • Parent Permits has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.

  • Environmental Approvals means any present or future permit, licence, approval, ruling, variance, exemption or other authorisation required under the applicable Environmental Laws.

  • Environmental Permits means all permits, licenses, authorizations, certificates, approvals or registrations required by any Governmental Authority under any Environmental Laws.

  • Operating Permit means a permit issued pursuant to section 10 of this local law. The term “Operating Permit” shall also include an Operating Permit which is renewed, amended or extended pursuant to any provision of this local law.

  • Governmental Approvals means all authorizations, consents, approvals, licenses and exemptions of, registrations and filings with, and reports to, all Governmental Authorities.

  • Temporary Occupation Permit means a Temporary Occupation Permit issued under the Building Control Act (Cap. 29);

  • Applicable Permits means all clearances, licences, permits, authorisations, no objection certificates, consents, approvals and exemptions required to be obtained or maintained under Applicable Laws in connection with the construction, operation and maintenance of the Project Highway during the subsistence of this Agreement;

  • Required Governmental Approvals has the meaning set forth in Section 3.03.

  • PAL permit means the major NSR permit, the minor NSR permit, or the State operating permit under a pro- gram that is approved into the State Implementation Plan, or the title V permit issued by the Administrator that establishes a PAL for a major sta- tionary source or a GHG-only source.

  • Company Permits has the meaning set forth in Section 3.12(a).

  • Title V operating permit means a permit issued under Chapter 3745-77 of the Administrative Code.

  • General permit means a Permit which covers multiple dischargers of a point source category within a designated geographical area, in lieu of individual Permits being issued to each discharger.

  • Supervisory Permission means, in relation to any action, such supervisory permission (or, as appropriate, waiver) from the Regulator and/or the Relevant Resolution Authority as is required therefor under Applicable Banking Regulations.

  • Required Permits shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.24.

  • Non-Permitted Transferee A Person other than a Permitted Transferee.

  • Transferred Permits has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(b).

  • Non-Permitted Holder The meaning specified in Section 2.11(b).

  • Transferable Permits means those Permits and Environmental Permits identified in Schedule 1.1(173), which may be transferred to Buyer without a filing with, notice to, consent or approval of any Governmental Authority.

  • Governmental Permits has the meaning specified in Section 5.8.

  • Title V Permit means an operating permit under Title V of the Act.

  • Individual permit means a permit issued to a named permittee under section 22a-430 of the General Statutes.

  • Final permit means the version of a permit issued by the Department that has completed all review procedures required by Chapter 14, and for a Class I permit, Chapter 13.
