Operation and Maintenance Contracts definition

Operation and Maintenance Contracts means the contracts listed on Schedule D hereto which relate to the operation and maintenance of certain of the Fixed Assets and the Real Property.
Operation and Maintenance Contracts means the agreements entered into by the Concessionaire and the O&M Contractors, for the Operation and Maintenance of the Highway;
Operation and Maintenance Contracts means the agreements entered into by the Concessionaire and the O&M Contractors, for the Operation and Maintenance of the Highway; "Operation and Maintenance Manuals" shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Engineering Requirements;

  • Successful Service Provider shall be required to mobilize complete equipment along with crew (only manpower/crew in case of Operation and Maintenance Contracts) for commencement of services at the specified site within a maximum period as specified in the Special Conditions of Contract after issue of NOA.

  • Successful bidder shall be required to mobilise complete equipment along with crew(only crew in case of Operation and Maintenance Contracts) for commencement of services at the specified site within the time period stipulated in the Forwarding Letter of this tender document.

  • Consulting fees and Operation and Maintenance Contracts are recognised in profit or loss in proportion to the stage of completion of the transaction at the reporting date.

  • Successful Service Provider shall be required to mobilise complete equipment along with crew (only manpower/crew in case of Operation and Maintenance Contracts) for commencement of services at the specified site as per special condition of contract.

  • Earlier the maintenance of road stretches implemented through public funds was being done separately through short term Operation and Maintenance Contracts funded from budgetary resources.

Related to Operation and Maintenance Contracts

  • Operation and Maintenance Costs means the costs of:

  • Operation and Maintenance or “O&M” shall mean all activities required to operate, maintain, and monitor the effectiveness of the RA as specified in the SOW or any EPA-approved O&M Plan.

  • Operation and Maintenance Expenses or ‘O&M expenses' means the expenditure incurred on operation and maintenance of the project, or part thereof, and includes the expenditure on manpower, repairs, spares, consumables, insurance and overheads;

  • Operations and maintenance means a project delivery method in which the District enters into a single contract for the routine operation, routine repair, and routine maintenance of an infrastructure facility.

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.

  • Support and Maintenance Services means the support and maintenance services described in Section 1 of these Support Terms.

  • Deferred Maintenance means improvements necessary for continued operations which do not improve productivity or alter the process technology.

  • Routine maintenance means activities to keep an impervious surface as near as possible to its constructed condition. This includes ordinary maintenance activities, resurfacing paved areas, and exterior building changes or improvements which do not materially increase or concentrate stormwater runoff, or cause additional nonpoint source pollution.

  • Scheduled Maintenance means routine maintenance scheduled by Orange to implement generic changes to, or updates of, the Orange Services or the Orange Network.

  • Computer software maintenance contract means a contract that obligates a seller of computer software to provide a customer with:

  • Maintenance Costs means parts and materials, sublet and labour costs of a qualified licensed mechanic for the maintenance of the Revenue Service Vehicles, but shall not include costs associated with interior and exterior transit advertising signs and non-mechanical servicing of Revenue Service Vehicles such as fuelling, clearing fareboxes, cleaning and painting wheel rims, vehicle washing and other work performed by a serviceman; and,

  • Retail Service and Maintenance Sector Means the service and maintenance of retail facilities which includes financial institutions, retail businesses, schools and hospitals but does not include commercial premises as defined.

  • Prosecution and Maintenance means, with regard to a particular Patent, the preparation, filing, prosecution and maintenance of such Patent, as well as re-examinations, reissues and the like with respect to that Patent, together with the conduct of interferences, the defense of oppositions and other similar proceedings with respect to that Patent.

  • Maintenance and Operations Revenue or “M&O Revenue” means (i) those revenues which the District receives from the levy of its annual ad valorem maintenance and operations tax pursuant to Section 45.002 of the TEXAS EDUCATION CODE, or other lawful authority, and Article VII § 3 of the TEXAS CONSTITUTION, plus (ii) all State revenues to which the District is or may be entitled under the applicable provisions of the TEXAS EDUCATION CODE or any other statutory provision as well as any amendment or successor statute to these provisions, as applicable, less

  • Maintenance area means any geographic region of the United States previously designated nonattainment pursuant to the CAA Amendments of 1990 and subsequently redesignated to attainment subject to the requirement to develop a maintenance plan under §175A of the CAA, as amended.

  • Major maintenance means the adjustment, repair or replacement of a component or module that could affect the accuracy of a measurement.

  • Software Maintenance means the process of modifying software after delivery to correct faults, improve performance or other attributes, or adapt to a changed environment. (Reference ISO/IEC 14764:2006, as amended or superseded.) Software maintenance does not include any customization or configuration.

  • Maintenance work means the repair of existing facilities when the size, type or extent of such facilities is not thereby changed or increased. While “maintenance” includes painting and decorating and is covered under the law, it does not include work such as routine landscape maintenance or janitorial services.

  • Emergency Maintenance means any period of maintenance for which, due to reasons beyond its reasonable control, Sprint Convergence is unable to provide prior notice of.

  • Yield Maintenance Agreement The yield maintenance agreement between the Trustee, on behalf of the Trust, and the Counterparty, which will be primarily for the benefit of the Class 1-A-2 Certificates, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit Q. The Yield Maintenance Agreement shall not be an asset of any REMIC formed under this Agreement.

  • Maintenance agreement means a contract of limited duration

  • Generator Maintenance Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit in order to perform necessary repairs on specific components of the facility, if removal of the facility meets the guidelines specified in the PJM Manuals.

  • Maintenance and Support Services means the services provided by Contractor under Appendix F.

  • Period of Maintenance means the specified period of maintenance from the date of completion of the works, as certified by the Engineer.
