Operation Activities definition

Operation Activities means the operation and maintenance activities described in Section 3 of Schedule B to this Land Law;
Operation Activities means the operation and maintenance activities described in Section 3 of Schedule B to this Permit;
Operation Activities means the performance by Contractor of its obligations under this Agreement.

Related to Operation Activities

  • Construction Activities means the disturbance of soils associated with clearing, grading, excavation activities or other construction-related activities.
