Operating Term definition

Operating Term means, with respect to any Hotel, the term of this Agreement as set forth in Section 2.01.
Operating Term means the Initial Term and any Renewal Term(s). “Operator” - shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble.
Operating Term means that period of time referred to in Section 3 hereof.

Examples of Operating Term in a sentence

  • During the Operating Term (as defined below), the Owner shall maintain the Hotel in conformity with the Blue Star Standards.

  • During the Operating Term, the Hotel shall at all times be known and designated as "Blue Star Negoland".

  • The amortization is based on a straight-line method as applied to the Operating Term.

  • Section 2 Exclusivity During the Operating Term, Blue and its affiliates shall not own, manage, franchise, or operate another hotel in Negotown (the "Restricted Area") under a trade name that includes "Blue Star" or “Blue”.

More Definitions of Operating Term

Operating Term means the initial operating term referred to in Clause 5 and any extension thereof.
