Operating Return definition

Operating Return means a cumulative return, compounded monthly, equal to ten and one-half percent (10.5%) per annum on each Member’s Unreturned Additional Capital and/or Unreturned Initial Capital, as the case may be. One-twelfth of the annual Operating Return payable for the current fiscal year of the Company shall accrue at the time of each monthly distribution of Operating Cash Flow (or at the time that such distribution would be made if Operating Cash Flow were available for distribution).

Gross income shall not be diminished as a result of the Security Instrument or the creation of any intervening estate or interest in the Property or any part thereof.

  • Combined Return means any Tax Return (other than a Tax Return for U.S. federal income taxes) filed on a consolidated, combined (including nexus combination, worldwide combination, domestic combination, line of business combination or any other form of combination) or unitary basis that includes activities of any member of the Anadarko Group and any member of the Partnership Group.
