Operating Reports definition

Operating Reports has the meaning set forth in Section 10.3.
Operating Reports means the Operating Reports referred to in Section 3.3.2 prepared by the Company relating to operation, maintenance and repair of the Facility.
Operating Reports means each monthly operating report delivered pursuant to Section 6.1(a)(vii), substantially in the form of Exhibit B and including, at a minimum, the information identified in Exhibit B.

Examples of Operating Reports in a sentence

  • Beginning in July 2003, at the request of the US Trustee, separate Monthly Operating Reports are being prepared for all three business units including: Hosting, Software and Corporate.

  • As these reports are being prepared subsequent to the May 14th 363 sale, the “Software” and “Hosting” business unit Monthly Operating Reports reflect virtually no activity.

More Definitions of Operating Reports

Operating Reports shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2(b).
Operating Reports means, collectively, the Monthly Reports and Quarterly Reports.

Operating Yeareach calendar year during the Term, except that the first (1st) Operating Year (if not commenced on January 1) shall be a partial year beginning on the Effective Date, and ending on the following December 31, and if this Agreement is terminated effective on a date other than December 31 in any year, then the last Operating Year shall also be a partial year commencing on January 1 of the year in which such expiration or termination occurs and ending on the effective date of expiration or termination. Other Managed Resorts – those hotels and casinos, time-share, interval ownership facilities, vacation clubs, and other lodging facilities and residences that are owned and/or Operated by Manager or its Affiliates under the Brand, other brands of HOC and its Affiliates, third-party brand or no brand. Out-of-Pocket Expenses – the reasonable out-of-pocket costs (with no xxxx-up or profit to Manager) incurred by Manager or its Affiliates in performing its services under this Agreement, including air and ground transportation, meals, lodging, taxis, gratuities, document reproduction, printing, promotional materials, stationery, postage, long-distance telephone calls and facsimiles. Owner – as defined in the Preamble.
Operating Reports shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.

Related to Operating Reports

  • Engineering Reports has the meaning assigned such term in Section 2.07(c)(i).

  • SOS Reports means the official reports from the Secretaries of State of each Collateral State, the state where Borrower’s chief executive office is located, the state of Borrower’s formation and other applicable federal, state or local government offices identifying all current security interests filed in the Collateral and Liens of record as of the date of such report.

  • Engineering Report means either an Independent Engineering Report or an Internal Engineering Report.

  • Progress Reports The Progress Reports as required by the individual Task Work Orders issued pursuant to this Agreement. Responsible: Responsible or Responsibility means the financial ability, legal capacity, integrity and past performance of Contractor and as such terms have been interpreted relative to public procurements. See NYS Finance Law § 163(1)(c).

  • Monthly Reports shall have the meaning specified in Section 5.16(b) of the Indenture.

  • Independent Engineering Report means a report, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and each of the Lenders, prepared by an Independent Engineer, addressed to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders with respect to the Oil and Gas Properties owned by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries (or to be acquired by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, as applicable) which are or are to be included in the Borrowing Base, which report shall (a) specify the location, quantity, and type of the estimated Proven Reserves attributable to such Oil and Gas Properties, (b) contain a projection of the rate of production of such Oil and Gas Properties, (c) contain an estimate of the net operating revenues to be derived from the production and sale of Hydrocarbons from such Proven Reserves based on product price and cost escalation assumptions specified by the Administrative Agent and the Lenders, and (d) contain such other information as is customarily obtained from and provided in such reports or is otherwise reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent or any Lender.

  • Benchmarking Report means the report produced by the Supplier following the Benchmark Review and as further described in this Framework Schedule 7;

  • Financial Monitoring Report or “FMR” means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

  • Reports means the reports described in Schedule B as well as any other reports or information required to be provided under the Enabling Legislation or this Agreement;

  • Receiving report means the data required by the clause at 252.246-7000, Material Inspection and Receiving Report.

  • Initial Engineering Report means the engineering report concerning Oil and Gas Properties of Loan Parties dated as of June 30, 2006 prepared by Netherland, Xxxxxx & Associates and XxXxxxxx & XxxXxxxxxxx.

  • Financial Information has the meaning set forth in Section 4.6.

  • GLJ Report means the independent engineering reserves evaluation of certain oil, NGL and natural gas interests of the Company prepared by GLJ dated February 11, 2022 and effective December 31, 2021.

  • Annual Statement of Compliance As defined in Section 3.13.

  • Company’s Reports means (i) the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2019, as filed with the SEC, including the audited financial statements contained therein and the information from the Company’s definitive proxy statement for its 2020 annual meeting of shareholders incorporated by reference into the Form 10-K; and (ii) the Company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2020, as filed with the SEC, including the unaudited financial statements contained therein.

  • Environmental Reports means each and every “Phase I Environmental Site Assessment” (and, if applicable, “Phase II Environment Site Assessment”) as referred to in the ASTM Standards on Environmental Site Assessments for Commercial Real Estate, E 1527-2000 and an asbestos survey, with respect to each Mortgaged Property, prepared by one or more Environmental Auditors and delivered to Lender and any amendments or supplements thereto delivered to Lender.

  • MI Report means a report containing Management Information submitted to the Authority in accordance with Framework Schedule 8 (Management Information);

  • Phase I Report means, with respect to any Facility, a report that (i) conforms to the ASTM Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process, E 1527, (ii) was conducted no more than six months prior to the date such report is required to be delivered hereunder, by one or more environmental consulting firms reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent, (iii) includes an assessment of asbestos-containing materials at such Facility, (iv) is accompanied by (a) an estimate of the reasonable worst-case cost of investigating and remediating any Hazardous Materials Activity identified in the Phase I Report as giving rise to an actual or potential material violation of any Environmental Law or as presenting a material risk of giving rise to a material Environmental Claim, and (b) a current compliance audit setting forth an assessment of Holdings’, its Subsidiaries’ and such Facility’s current and past compliance with Environmental Laws and an estimate of the cost of rectifying any non-compliance with current Environmental Laws identified therein and the cost of compliance with reasonably anticipated future Environmental Laws identified therein.

  • Financial Statements has the meaning set forth in Section 3.06.

  • Financial Reports means the Annual Financial Statements and the Interim Accounts.

  • Operating Statement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 27.1 hereof.

  • Variance Report shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.01(g).

  • Compliance Report means, as applicable in relation to the test being conducted, a report containing the results of the Compliance Tests carried out by State Street.
