Operating Phase definition

Operating Phase means the period commencing on the Operational Commencement Date and ending on the Expiry Date.
Operating Phase means the period commencing on the interim occupancy of any of the Units to closing of the purchase and sale of the last of the Units.
Operating Phase means the period after the Commencement of Full Operations.
