Operating Permits definition

Operating Permits shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.22 hereof.
Operating Permits means all permits, licenses, authorizations, certificates, exemptions and approvals of Governmental Authorities, except for Environmental Permits.
Operating Permits means all of the permits, licenses, certifications, approvals, authorities or other franchises granted by any Governmental Authority or other third party required or appropriate for the continued operation of the Business as it is currently operated.

More Definitions of Operating Permits

Operating Permits means, collectively, all authorizations, consents and approvals given by and licenses and permits issued by Governmental Authorities which are required for the ownership, use and occupancy of any Property in accordance with this Loan Agreement, the Loan Documents, all Legal Requirements, the Permitted Encumbrances and the Asset Management Agreement, and for the performance and observance of all Legal Requirements and all agreements, provisions and conditions of Borrower contained herein and therein otherwise pertaining to the ownership, use and occupancy of any Property.
Operating Permits means Operator Operating Permits and Owner Operating Permits.
Operating Permits has the meaning given to such term in Section 3.11.
Operating Permits means all of the permits, licenses, certifications, approvals, authorities or other franchises granted by any Governmental Authority or other third party required or appropriate for the continued operation of the SMATV Systems in the manner heretofore operated.
