Operating Parameters definition

Operating Parameters means the performance and operating specifications of each Providing Unit (certain of which are referred to in the Grid Code as Technical Parameters) for which values are specified, as are more fully set out in Part 2 of Schedule 9 as may be amended from time to time in accordance with this Agreement;
Operating Parameters means the parameters set forth in Appendix II.
Operating Parameters has the meaning given in the Access Undertaking.

Examples of Operating Parameters in a sentence

  • The Service Provider must provide Fast Frequency Response in accordance with the technical requirements of Part B of this Schedule 4 and the relevant Operating Parameters for the Providing Unit.

  • The Reserve Characteristic is a generic characteristic that is applied to POR, SOR, TOR1, TOR2, RR and FFR for the purpose of calculating payments and incorporating the Operating Parameters in this Schedule 9.

  • The Service Provider must provide Steady-State Reactive Power in accordance with the technical requirements of the Grid Code where applicable and the relevant Operating Parameters for the Providing Unit.

More Definitions of Operating Parameters

Operating Parameters has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(b).
Operating Parameters means the operating parameters of the Power Station and the Units described in the Second Schedule (Operating Parameters);
Operating Parameters means the Operating parameters of the WTE plants described in the Second Schedule;
Operating Parameters means the Product Information Data, the type and mixture of Product, volume and other key operating assumptions set forth on Exhibit D which have been mutually developed and upon which, after the end of the Cost Plus period as set forth on Exhibit C, the compensation elements are partially based.

Operating Parameters means the performance and operating characteristics of the Generating Unit (certain of which are referred to in the Grid Code as Generation Scheduling and Despatch Parameters) for which values are specified in Schedule 1 as SSS Parameters or, if such characteristics are inferior to the corresponding SSS Parameters, the prevailing values of such characteristics (determined in accordance with Part I of Schedule 2);
Operating Parameters means the Operating parameters of the Power Station described in the Second Schedule;
