Operating Lease Event of Default has the meaning specified in Section 9.1 of the Series 2013-G1 Lease.

Operating Lease Event of Default has the meaning specified in Section 9.1. “Other Lessee Account” means any account owned by the Lessee and identified as such to the Administrative Agent pursuant to a written notice and that is, unless otherwise consented to in writing by the Administrative Agent, free and clear of any Adverse Claim other than pursuant to clause (iii) of the definition of Permitted Liens. “Parent” means Bird Global, Inc. or any other successor entity permitted hereunder. “Patent Licenses” shall mean all license agreements or covenants not to sue with respect to any Patent (whether such Lessor is licensee or licensor thereunder). “Patents” shall mean all United States patents and certificates of invention, or industrial property designs, and applications for any of the foregoing, including, without limitation: (i) each patent and patent application, (ii) all reissues, divisions, continuations, continuations-in-part and extensions thereof, (iii) all patentable inventions described and claimed therein, (iv) the right to sue or otherwise recover for any past, present and future infringement or other violation thereof, and (v) all proceeds of the foregoing, including, without limitation, license fees, royalties, income, payments, claims, damages, and proceeds of suit now or hereafter due and/ or payable with respect thereto.

Examples of Operating Lease Event of Default in a sentence

  • Upon the occurrence and continuance of an Operating Lease Event of Default, the Servicer shall dispose of any Scooters in accordance with the instructions of the Administrative Agent.

  • So long as no AESOP I Operating Lease Event of Default, Liquidation Event of Default or Limited Liquidation Event of Default has occurred (subject, however, to Section 2.6 hereof), each Lessee may use Vehicles leased hereunder in its regular course of business.
