Operating Facilities definition

Operating Facilities means, at any time, a collective reference to the facilities and real properties owned, leased or operated by Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries.
Operating Facilities means any Facility, Pooled Facilities or Pooled Guaranteed Facilities which are not Construction Investments and which are currently operating in accordance with all applicable Laws.

More Definitions of Operating Facilities

Operating Facilities means that portion of a Qualified Opportunity related to existing generating facilities which are operational.
