Operating Environment definition

Operating Environment means, collectively, the platform, environment and conditions on, in or under which the Software is intended to be installed and operate, as set forth in the Statement of Work, including such structural, functional and other features, conditions and components as hardware, operating software and system architecture and configuration.

Operating Environment means the CUSTOMER System and the Sites. Order means an order for IT Products served by the CUSTOMER on the CONTRACTOR in accordance with the Ordering Procedures.

More Definitions of Operating Environment

Operating Environment means, as applicable, End User’s servers, WLAN and other hardware and software supplied directly to End User by third party vendors (i.e., exclusive of hardware and software embedded in the products supplied by Vocera).
