Operating Costs and Expenses definition

Operating Costs and Expenses has the meaning assigned such term by the Company in publicly filed financial statements during the Performance Period, exclusive of Depreciation and Amortization.

Operating Costs and Expenses means any and all operating costs and expenses incurred by YRRTC in fulfilling its responsibilities, duties, and obligations hereunder, in connection with the Rapid Transit Project, and excluding Capital Expenditures;
