Operating Contracts definition

Operating Contracts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.8.
Operating Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16 of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Operating Contracts

Operating Contracts means (i) any Contract providing for the purchase, sale or distribution of electricity, fuel or any byproduct from electricity generation and (ii) any agreement for the operation and maintenance of any Project.

Operating Contracts means all contracts, agreements and instruments (and all amendments and modifications thereto) entered into by Seller in the ordinary course of the Business prior to the date hereof, including without limitation all real property leases, documentation related to the Interests and interconnection agreements to the extent that Buyer is required to perform such obligations by applicable law or as a condition to obtaining any Governmental Approvals, and all such contracts, agreements and instruments entered into by Seller in the ordinary course of the Business between the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date.
Operating Contracts. Two operating contracts let 1st June 2019 comprising: -  Lot 1 – known as the “Waste and Resource Management Services” (WRMS).  Lot 2 – known as the “Household Waste Recycling Centre management services” (HWRCMS).
Operating Contracts shall have the meaning set forth in Subsection 2.1.1(F) hereof.
