Operating Characteristics definition

Operating Characteristics means the mode of operation of a Generating Facility (Exporting System, Non-Exporting System, or Inadvertent Exporting System) that controls the amount of power delivered across the Point of Interconnection to the Distribu- tion System.
Operating Characteristics means those operating characteristics of the Unit listed as Operating Characteristics in Schedule B;
Operating Characteristics has the meaning set forth in Appendix J (Operating Characteristics).
