Operating Characteristics definition

Operating Characteristics means the mode of operation of a Generating Facility (Exporting System, Non-Exporting System, or Inadvertent Exporting System) that controls the amount of power delivered across the Point of Interconnection to the Distribu- tion System.

Operating Characteristics means those operating characteristics of the Unit listed as Operating Characteristics in Schedule B;

Operating Characteristics has the meaning set forth in Appendix J (Operating Characteristics).

• KPLC shall issue Despatch Instructions consistent with the Functional Specification, including the System Characteristics, prevailing declarations of Availability and any impairment of Operating Characteristics and despatch constraints, and in accordance with the Operating and Despatch Procedures and any procedures agreed under Clause 8.4 and Clause 8.5, and shall seek to ensure that KPLC’s System complies with and does not deviate from the System Characteristics.

• All changes to the Operating Characteristics of the Units shall be communicated by the Owner to the Buyer in accordance with Schedule H.
