Operating Affiliates definition

Operating Affiliates mean a subsidiary or affiliate of Owner which is authorized to operate a PCS System and which places Purchase Orders pursuant to this Contract.
Operating Affiliates means Iberia, Líneas Aéreas de España, Sociedad Anónima Operadora, IB Opco Holding S.L., British Airways plc and any operating company which is a subsidiary or a subsidiary undertaking of the Company and which is engaged in the operation of services for the transportation by air of passengers, cargo of any kind whatsoever and mail and holding or enjoying any Operating Right.

Operating Affiliates means each Affiliate of the Borrower in the businesses of manufacturing or fabricating circuit boards or other electronic components.

  • Seller Affiliates has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.7.1;

  • Entities means event and competition organisers/promoters/managers, land and track owners/managers/administrators/lessees, CAMS affiliated clubs, state and territory governments and insured listed in CAMS’ public/product/professional indemnity insurance policies and each of their related bodies corporate (including their related bodies corporate) and each of their organs and agencies, officers/president/directors/executives, employees, servants, agents, partners, providers, members, competitors, drivers, co-drivers, navigators, officials, crew members, pit crew, delegates, licence holders, representatives, commissions, committees, advisers, trustees, councils, panels, shareholders, volunteers, officials, appointees, delegated bodies and sponsors.

  • Company Subsidiaries means the Subsidiaries of the Company.

  • Company Entities means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Group Companies means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Subject Company shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(a).
