Operated Entities definition

Operated Entities means each of Gasunie Transport Services B.V., Gasunie Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG, BBL Company V.O.F., EnergyStock B.V. and Hynetwork Services B.V.;
Operated Entities means the JV, East Texas GP, East Texas LP, FCV, ELP and DETG.
Operated Entities means the Project Entities which own the Operated Projects, and the partnerships, corporations or limited liability companies which both (i) operate the Operated Projects, and (ii) are owned beneficially, in whole or in part, by the Company.
