Operate in parallel means generating electricity from a non-utility resource (in this case, the Applicant Facility) that is connected to Utility’s system. In all cases, terms shall have the meaning as defined in the Standards.
Operate in parallel means the synchronous operation of a Generating Facility while interconnected with PL&WCo’s Electric System.
