Open Terrace definition

Open Terrace means the open terrace(s) attached and/or appurtenant to only certain Units on certain floors of the Building, each open terrace having access from a particular Unit only and meant to be owned, used and enjoyed exclusively by the owner of such particular Unit only;
Open Terrace means the open terrace which is meant exclusively for the use of an Apartment Allottee, and which comprises an integral and inseparable part/component of an Apartment.
Open Terrace means the open terrace areas, if any, comprised in any Bungalow;

Examples of Open Terrace in a sentence

  • Private Terrace Area is the Exclusive Open Terrace Area as defined in RERA which means the area of open terrace which is appurtenant to the net usable floor area of an apartment meant for exclusive use of the allottee.
