Open Source Technology definition

Open Source Technology means Software or other subject matter that is distributed under an open source license such as (by way of example only) the GNU General Public License, GNU Lesser General Public License, Apache License, Mozilla Public License, BSD License, MIT License, Common Public License, any derivative of any of the foregoing licenses, or any other license approved as an open source license by the Open Source Initiative, including any license that requires source code to be made available in connection with any license, sublicense or distribution of such Software.
Open Source Technology means Software or other subject matter that is distributed under a license approved as an open source license by the Open Source Initiative.
Open Source Technology means any technology from the open source community, including without limitation, any software that requires, as a condition of use, modification and/or distribution of such software, that other software incorporated into, derived from or distributed with such software be: (i) disclosed or distributed in source code form; (ii) licensed for the purpose of making derivative works; or (iii) redistributable at no charge.
