Open-Source Components definition

Open-Source Components means any software component that is subject to any open-source copyright license agreement, including any GNU General Public License or GNU Library or Lesser Public License, or other obligation, restriction or license agreement that substantially conforms to the Open Source Definition as prescribed by the Open Source Initiative or otherwise may require disclosure or licensing to any third party of any source code with which such software component is used or compiled.
Open-Source Components means any software component that is subject to any open source license agreement, including any software available under the GNU Affero General Public License (AGPL), GNU General Public License (GPL), GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL), Mozilla Public License (MPL), Apache License, BSD licenses, or any other license that is approved by the Open Source Initiative.
Open-Source Components means the open source software distributed with Wazuh software, as those are specifically described at xxx.xxxxx.xxx.

Examples of Open-Source Components in a sentence

  • Any use of the Open-Source Components by the State will be governed by, and subject to, the terms and conditions of the applicable Open-Source Licenses.

  • Ownership of all Open-Source Components, and all Intellectual Property Rights therein, is and will remain with its respective owners, subject to the State’s rights under the applicable Open-Source Licenses.

  • Open-Source Components or operate in such a way that it is developed or compiled with or linked to any Open-Source Components, other than Approved Open-Source Components specifically described in the Statement of Work.

Open-Source Components means any software component that is subject to any open source copyright license agreement, including software available under the GNU Affero General Public License (AGPL), GNU General Public License (GPL), GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL), Mozilla Public License (MPL), Apache License, BSD licenses, or any other license that is approved by the Open Source Initiative.
