Open Offer Shares definition

Open Offer Shares means the Equity Shares to be purchased by the Purchaser under the Open Offer;

Open Offer Shares means the Ordinary Shares to be issued to certain Shareholders who have agreed to subscribe for such Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Open Offer;

Open Offer Shares means such number of new Ordinary Shares as will be set out in the Circular, to be offered to Qualifying Shareholders;

• Total value of the Unconditional Offers The total value of the Unconditional Offers depends on the level of subscriptions of the Open Offer Shares taken up by the Qualifying Shareholders, the number of Unsubscribed Shares successfully placed out to the Independent Third Parties under the Unsubscribed Arrangements and hence the number of the Underwritten Shares that the Offeror, as the Underwriter, will be required to take up under the Open Offer.
