Open areas definition

Open areas means nonproductive areas capable of producing merchantable timber when stocked with suitable for- est trees.
Open areas means such areas, which do not form part of a Unit, i.e. Land or Roads, being also unim- proved areas, gardens, grounds/land belonging to the Company, parking areas and other areas under the control of the Company;

Open areas means the marine waters identified in clause 8 and on the map in Schedule 1 of this Fisheries Notice, seaward for a distance of three nautical miles.

  • Underground area means an underground room, such as a basement, cellar, shaft or vault, providing enough space for physical inspection of the exterior of the tank situated on or above the surface of the floor.

  • Slum area means any area where dwellings predominate which, by reason of depreciation, overcrowding, faulty arrangement or design, lack of ventilation, light or sanitary facilities, or any combination of these factors, are detrimental to the public safety, health or morals.
