Open Access Regulations means the Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and conditions for Intra-State Open Access) Regulations, 2011, as amended from time to time;
Open Access Regulations means the regulations notified by the Commission for grant of open access to the transmission lines and the distribution system of a licensee;
